First Type Long Span Concrete Pavement/ Flooring Casting using the leader of paving equipment:

FIXED FORM PAVER (Super Screed)

Concrete pavement casting produced using imported Fixed-Form-Pavers from MultiQuip, USA. The maximum with of the panel shall be 56 feet enabling to achieve mass floor area coverage.

This State-of-the-Art technology is developed alternative to the Vacuum-De  Watering Flooring System and an area of more than 1000 Sq.m/day can be achieved. This works with Concrete Squeezing Technology even with a   water/cement ratio of 0.35 and also with a slump almost equal to zero.

The super screed delivers the type of performance you expect form larger costlier machines. It does this while providing the features you need to get   the job done quickly and with less effort

Jointless floor casting using laser screed

Drive system is hydraulic for dependable operation without the problems associated with gear or chain and sprocket drives.

Steering is effortlessly and precisely controlled with levers governing two sets of rubber coated drive tubes. The all-hydraulic design uses no electronic components
A steel strike tube with a speed of up to 450 RPM rotates in the opposite direction of travel, easily knocking down stiff mixes.
Multiple pass capability facilities leaving of high spots and filling in surface voids. A feature not always available on larger machines.
Clean-up time is shortened by a scraper bar and truss cover that minimizes the accumulation of concrete. A pressure washer comes standard to remove excess material.
The screed can ride on either forms or existing slab.
Transporting the super screed is economical and requires no special permits.

20-HP Honda gasoline or 28-HP vanguard diesel engine provides  power for the entire unit. No need for a secondary engine that requires  additional maintenance.

Second Type Long-span Concrete Floors and Pavements

Could be achieved using bigger Truss-Screeds of span 5m – 15m from   MultiQuip, USA and further finishing is produced by using Ride-On-Trowels and Floaters with a minimum area of 1000 sqm per day enabling to complete   mass concrete casting jobs with less time and with less construction joints.

Burnished Concrete Floor System

“Burnishing” is a term applied to the finishing of concrete surface, in order to   provide a Hard-Wear-Resistant and Durable finish together with a smooth   surface Luster. Burnished Concrete Floor System is being primarily utilized in   Industrial Buildings, Car-parks and Warehouses, and also increasingly being   used in Residential and Commercial buildings as well.

The application may incorporate Integral or Broadcast surface, Dry-Shake,   Colorants, Colouring dyes or Staining.

Honed/Polished Concrete Finish System

“Honed/Polished” Concrete surfaces are processed by grinding the Concrete   surface and Exposing the Aggregates which in turn is protected by a Sealer   Coat. The main function of a Sealer is to prevent Staining of the surface and   also to facilitate in better cleaning.
